It is not necessary to "authorise" it. If your PC supports Win11 you are much better off than those cannot upgrade because their machine does not meet the hardware requirements.

Hello,
This is because your computer meets the requirements to upgrade to Windows 11
But you can disable the auto upgrade:
Disable windows update service:
Open Services Manager: Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
Find Windows Update Service: In the list of services, find "Windows Update".
Stop the Service: Double-click "Windows Update", then click the "Stop" button in the window that appears.
Disable the Service: Set the startup type to "Disabled", then click "Apply" and "OK".
Block it in registry:
Open Registry Editor: Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
Navigate to Specific Path: In the Registry Editor, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate.
Create New Key: Right-click the "WindowsUpdate" folder, select "New" > "Key", and name it TargetReleaseVersion.
Set Value: Double-click the new TargetReleaseVersion key and set its value to 1.
Create New String Value: In the same folder, right-click, select "New" > "String Value", and name it TargetReleaseVersionInfo.
Set Version Info: Double-click TargetReleaseVersionInfo and set its value to 21H2 (or the Windows 10 version you want to keep).
