Could you please check if it is a profile-related issue? Follow these steps:
- Go to edge://settings/profiles and remove current profile. You may want to back up profile data like favorites (edge://favorites/) first in case of potential data loss.
- Create a new profile and sign into your previous account that has sync issues. Turn on sync to check if the problem is fixed.
- If the sync problem persists, please consider removing the entire Edge user data folder. Navigate to %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge on your computer, end all Microsoft Edge tasks in Task Manager and then delete the User Data folder. After that, please create a new user profile and check the sync problem as step 2.
