Unable to open files with Japanese names in Excel 2024. Files saved with alphanumeric file names can be opened, but files saved with Japanese names cannot be opened. However, files with alphanumeric names in the folder also cannot be opened. This phenomenon started occurring after the 2025.2.2 update.
