If A has a laptop called Apple, B has a laptop called Ball. Restrict B when he tries to login to Apple because he is already signed in Ball, Same applies to A because he is in Apple so restrict in Ball According to this configuration, create a policy or condition

    @Prasad N, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my checking in Intune, there's a policy setting named "Allow Local Log On" in Settings Catalog which only allow the users added to this policy to access the device. It may help you.
