Cannot log in to Microsoft work apps after changing mobile.

Ny work Hitachi construction Machinery Australia using microsoft outlook and team for work. It was linked to my phone as well. I recently changed my phone and traded in my old phone.

from my new phone, I cannot use my Team, Outlook and Authenticator. I have been logged out from all of them. If I try signing in, it open Authenticator app and give me a code saying ‘open your authenticator app and put this code in’.

already my app is open then how can I open it? Looks like I am stuck. I do not have any back up or my old device. Could you help me to fix it up?
