I had received 25,000 Azure Credits in Q4 2024 as part of renewal of "Azure Benefit Program for start-ups".

I had applied those credits to my Azure subscription account. And yet, my credit card is being charged for the monthly Azure bill for the last 2 months. Can someone help me with this

    Hi Nikhil Narang,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please ensure that your Azure credits have been correctly applied to your subscription. You can review your credit usage and remaining balance through the Azure Sponsorship Portal.

Kindly note that some Azure services may not be covered by your sponsorship credits. We recommend verifying which services are included and ensuring that your usage aligns with those covered.

    For reference,

If you have confirmed that your credits are applied correctly and you are only using eligible services but are still being charged, you will need to work with a billing engineer to help assist with this matter. Can you please create a ticket here with them to have them ensure your credits are assigned to the proper account?

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
