Hello,
I deployed PHI-4 version on chat playground. I added some custom data in the word document. When I executed a chat command, it gives me below error irrespective of the prompt.
Data and Indexes was created without error.
Please suggest reasons for below error message. The moment I remove custom data, it works.

It seems like the model’s name ChatGPT is not recognized by Azure OpenAI. that the model's name you are using in your API calls does not match the name of the model available in Azure AI Studio. To ensure the models are correctly deployed, try to re-create the phi-4 models with proper name format and check once in playground. Add to recreate the model deployments.

Thanks for your response. However, I'm using playground and not API right now. Please let me know how I can change the model name in playground or "Models + Endpoints" option?
UI sightly looks different than ours. Could you change the model version to 2 and revert back to 3. Would also suggest checking the difference with a new Phi-4 deployment.

I am able to replicate this issue with add your own data. It is a bug. If the issue still persists, please create a support ticket to report the bug.

Thanks! However, If I use API, the problem will not appear. Please confirm if this is an issue with only playground UI.

Please refer screenshots below. The initial 2 screenshots shows that with version 2 chat is working
The next two images are related to version 3. The last screenshot shows that after I add my custom data, the chat breaks down with error 400.
