Hello,

I have not been able to access my account in Azure AI for days, and when I contact Technical Support they tell me that they cannot solve it, they tell me to call a phone number that refers me to them again.

The error that Azure AI gives me when I try to log in is: Sign-in failed

Error code: endpoints_resolution_error

Error message: endpoints_resolution_error: Error: could not resolve endpoints. Please check network and try again. Detail: ClientConfigurationError: untrusted_authority: The provided authority is not a trusted authority. Please include this authority in the knownAuthorities config parameter.

Browser ID: 3efff253-b0b5-4913-89f3-0e97d67c8fcf

What should I do? Because I am studying to certify in Azure AI but without being able to access it is very difficult.

Thanks

Hi Gastón Rodrigo Guevara & Thinh Nguyen,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum! Thank you for posting your query here.

This error indicates that the authentication system cannot verify the authority (i.e., the login endpoint), likely due to misconfiguration or network restrictions. Here’s what you can do:

Step 1: Clear Cache & Try Different Browsers

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
      • In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data (Select Cookies and Cached images).
      1. Try using Incognito/Private mode.
      2. Use a different browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
      3. Ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser.

Step 2: Verify Network and VPN Issues

    1. If you’re on a corporate network, try accessing from a different network (mobile hotspot or home WiFi).
    2. Disable VPN (if enabled) and try again.

Step 3: Verify Azure AI Portal and Subscription

    1. Go to Azure Portal and try logging in there.
    2. Check if your Azure subscription is active.
      • Navigate to Azure Portal > Subscriptions and see if your plan is still valid.
    3. If you’re using Azure AI Studio, ensure you’re logging into the correct region.

Step 4: Fix the "Untrusted Authority" Issue

    If the issue persists:

    1. Go to Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
    2. Navigate to Identity > Overview and check if your domain is listed as a trusted authority.
    3. If it’s a corporate account, ask your Azure AD administrator to verify the login settings.

Hope this is helpful if not can you clear the browsing data and going to the Azure portal via "New InPrivate Window".
