Please i need your help on this issue.

One of my user is complaining that E-Mail and Microsoft Teams invite did not get through to their client

    Is his windows machine configured under Microsoft Defender for Office 365, chances of blocking the URLs. You can configure Safe Links policies to allow specific URLs.

    Here are some common URLs and domains you might want to add to your safe sender list to ensure Microsoft Teams invites and other important emails are not blocked:

    *.microsoft.com

    *.teams.microsoft.com

    *.office365.com

    *.outlook.com
