How to update a plan status that i have already completed but its still appear as only 18/20 modules completed.

Few weeks ago, i applied for Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador and I received a plan/training to complete and i completed my all the modules but the status of the module is still not updated and it shows that only 18/20 modules are completed but I have completed all of them with knowledge check modules how can i update the status. I request Microsoft technical team/support members to help me with this. I will be really grateful to you. Completion of this plan is very important for me
