Hi,
I am trying to renew the Issuing CA certificate, as a part of the process I have opened Certification Authority and right clicked on Issuing CA -> All Tasks -> Renew CA Certificate and a prompt has appeared to stop the AD services and I clicked on Yes to stop the AD Services and then I got a popup to use the existing Key pair and I clicked on No to use the existing Key pair and here comes the problem.. In the next step I am expecting a pop up to appear that shows the path of .req file that would be usually saved to C drive but in my case I am not getting this popup and . req file is not being saved to C drive as well.. and by the way I have also opened the registry and checked the value for "SetupStatus" and it is set to "1". Could someone help me on this.
