AI Foundry Project fail to create

Question

Within the AI Foundry portal, I started to follow the "Get started..." and pressed the "Create project" (see image below) and followed the instructions...

and got:

Failed to create project because the AI hub's associated key vault was deleted: /subscriptions/6f2a3c69-c9ef-454c-9529-4f8d05eb88c4/resourceGroups/mpnResourceGroup/providers/Microsoft.KeyVault/vaults/eciaistudio458224788.

I went to the Azure portal and searched for key-vaults created and didn't find any such key-vault associated that I have never seen and does not exist as far as I know.

Any idea of what is really happening here?

It appears that the Azure AI Foundry hub was configured to use an Azure Key vault (for more, refer to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-studio/how-to/create-azure-ai-resource?tabs=portal ) which has been subsequently deleted...

Create a new hub first - and then add a project to it
