Hi Team, My Azure Subscription is disabled, I have got the monthly 100$ but currently still over 45$,

is this a Free Azure Subscription? If so it might be because the free period of 30 days is over?

At the end of the 30 days the Free Azure Subscription will be disabled until you switch to the PayAsYouGo payment model.

@Andreas Baumgarten , No this is not free, As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), I receive a $100 monthly Azure subscription. Currently, my account balance is still over $45, so I am unsure why my subscription has been disabled. I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Could you please provide more details on why my subscription was disabled and guide me on how to restore access? Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
