when do a POST call to add calendar permission, there is an Email automatically generated in "sent items" in users outlook

subject: You're invited to share this calendar

body:

I'd like to share my calendar with you
I'd like to share my calendar with you
xxx would like to share an Outlook calendar with you.
You'll be able to view, edit, and delete events on this calendar.

how do we avoid this?, that is ,do not generate this email

    To prevent the automatic email from being generated when you add calendar permissions, you can adjust the settings in outlook which might help resolve the issue. Please find the below workaround as mentioned:

    • Open Outlook - Launch outlook on your desktop
    • Click on "File" tab in the top-left corner
    • Click on "Options" to open the outlook options window
    • In the "Options" window, go to the "Mail" tab
    • Scroll down to "Tracking" section and uncheck the box that says "Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls"
    • Click "Ok" to save your changes

    By disabling this option, Outlook will stop automatically generating the email invitation when you add calendar permissions.
