OpenAi $2500 Credit Grant.

Dear Microsoft,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the $2500 OpenAI credit that I recently redeemed as a shortlisted candidate for the Microsoft founder's startup program. It has been over 4 months since I redeemed the credit, but I have not yet received the credited amount.

I kindly request your assistance in reviewing and resolving this matter at your earliest convenience. I have also attached a screenshot of the message I received from the Microsoft founder's startup team for your reference.

I mesaaged OpenAi support and this was their response.

"Thank you for reaching out to OpenAI support regarding your Microsoft Startups credit inquiry.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time of your request for it to be cross-referenced, approved, and for the credits to subsequently be granted.

If more than 2 weeks have passed since you submitted the request, it is possible that you ultimately did not qualify for the credits upon additional review. In this scenario, and if you feel that this is incorrect, please reach out to your Microsoft representative who will work with us to review your submission.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Happy building!"

I want to know if I qualified for the credit and also why I've not been credited yet.
