How May I have a VB6 with a Rich Text Box.

Hi. I bought 25 yeas ago a VB6. I was satisfied with it, but in 2022 the Washington state took my house because I housed homeless people, and sold it and they discharged everything I had, included my VB6. They did not allow me to take anything from my property. I bought a used VB6 but does not have a rich text box as my previous had. How can I have VB6, a new one. I am an inventor, and I need my VB6 to design my inventions.
