Unable to raise ticket

Greetings. We recently moved to the new tenant for Partner center. Now, when I try to log in to Partner Center, it shows empty, and there is no way to register again.

The error says *The legal entity already exists for the given cid(s) *

There is no ticket creation option, and the UI doesn't let it.

I've tried to create a ticket from another Partner Center, but Copilot keeps pushing irrelevant links and blocking me from creating one.

    Select Developer, Student and Startup Programs -> Windows Developer Center-> Account Management in the support page.

    You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.
