Does workload profile environment with only the Consumption profile enabled support User-defined Routing (UDR)?

I have read through all of the documentation related to networking in Container Apps, and one thing that I find that the documentation does not make explicitly clear is where a Container Apps Environment that is enabled for Workload Profiles but that only has the Consumption profile enabled would support User-Defined Routing via Route Tables.
I have deployed a Container App just as described above and have found that even though it can perform a successful DNS lookup of an Azure SQL Server that I have in a different network spoke on my hub-and-spoke VNet architecture, it gets stuck during a traceroute to that same SQL Server; the Container App only uses a link local address (169.254.x.x) and does not listen to the routing of the Route Table that I have associated to the Container App Environment's subnet and placed a rule to route all traffic to the Hub's firewall.

As regarding your issue, I have connected with our internal team and got some insights from them as mentioned below.
I’d like to clarify that the Consumption profile in a workload profile environment (internally referred to as V2) does support User Defined Routes (UDRs). However, regarding the testing of routing, I believe that traceroute may not be the most effective method due to its variable implementation across different clients and operating systems. Additionally, traceroute rarely uses TCP, making it less suitable for simulating client/server interactions. Instead, I recommend using telnet to test basic TCP connectivity. For instance, you can run the command telnet $hostname 1433 if you are working with SQL Server, as this will provide a clearer indication of whether a connection can be established. It's also important to note that the egress on ACA flows through an environment-specific exit gateway, so checking individual applications may not yield the insights you are looking for.
