Advice/help dealing with MS App store and their support
Currently approved in the app store but as of mid-Feb there's a deadline to re-verify with a 'personal' domain email to remain in the EU MS app store. I've changed all contact info to this (my email at my company's domain) but they keep rejecting the verification documents, stating there's different reasons each time for rejection and no actual reason why. If there's anyone who can connect us with someone, that would be great. The startup support tried communicating with the app store's verification team but all I got was as a vague a response as their direct support provides: "As per our accounts validation team: We got response on this that the account as the application to join the program was rejected because it failed Security Check. At this point, we are unable to provide any further details."
I've provided the same documentation as when we initially enrolled, an updated domain renewal invoice issued within the last year, but nothing seems to be accepted.
I've been emailing back and forth with various support agents since December 4 2024. At this point, we'll only be able to self-distribute via download link from our website, not be in the store it seems. Very disappointed in Microsoft's customer service, or lack thereof.
