    Hello @Marcos Torrecillas ,

Thank you for reaching out Microsoft Q&A.

I understand you are trying to access for unity xbox and you get Error: AADSTS500200User account '******@unfinishedpixel.com' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

Sometimes it might be a cache issue on the browser, try to access the application using incognito or private mode in the browser if this doesn't work follow the mentioned below.

    Step1:
To resolve the issue, Invite the user as a Guest user to your Organization and then try adding to the unity Xbox Application. Once the user accept the invite , they would be able to access the Application.

    Step2:
If Step 1 does not work there can be the another cause that if your app registration is set to a single-tenant account type, users from other directories or identity providers can't sign in to that application. To resolve follow: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/entra/entra-id/app-integration/error-code-AADSTS50020-user-account-identity-provider-does-not-exist#cause-2-used-unsupported-account-type-multitenant-and-personal-accounts

    For Additional Information follow: AADSTS500200
