Hi @Harinath J,
Thank you for reaching out with your questions regarding content safety, blocklists, and KPI monitoring in Azure OpenAI.
Content Safety & Blocklists
The Enterprise version includes enhanced content moderation with advanced blocklists that go beyond the standard version. These blocklists help filter out harmful or sensitive content in both user inputs and AI responses.
Customizable Blocklists: You can tailor these blocklists to align with your organization’s compliance and business needs. Azure AI Content Safety allows you to adjust harm severity levels and even enable asynchronous moderation to reduce latency.
Additional Security Features: Azure OpenAI integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Entra ID for secure access and supports Customer-Managed Key encryption to ensure data protection.
Monitoring KPIs in Detail
To help track and manage AI performance, Azure provides several tools for monitoring key metrics:
Azure Monitor & Log Analytics – These tools allow you to track flagged content rates, false positives, latency impact, and other operational insights. You can set up alerts and detailed reports to monitor trends over time.
You can write custom Kusto query to find desired result from log analytics workspace.
Specific Metrics: You can review the flagged/false positive/harmful data from "Try it out" tab option from "Safety and Secuity section" from Azure AI Foundry.
SLA and Latency: You will have more SLA compared to standard version.
AI Security & Compliance – Microsoft is committed to meeting industry standards like HIPAA, SOC 2, and FedRAMP, making Azure OpenAI a trusted choice for enterprises.
