To send emails on behalf of a specified user, ensure you have the necessary permissions ("Send As" or "Send on Behalf"). If you don't, request them from your IT administrator or the mailbox owner. Permissions can be granted using the Exchange Admin Center by navigating to Recipients > Mailboxes, selecting the mailbox, and managing Send As or Send on Behalf permissions. Please wait for the changes to replicate across the system before attempting to send the email.

Another possible solution is. sometimes, issues with the Outlook profile can cause this error. Try creating a new Outlook profile and adding the accounts again.
