Our department developed an add-in to log email data, so we released the app in the admin center, but the desktop client didn't show it. How to solve the problem that the add-in is not deployed successfully?

    Is the add-in not available to all users in my organization?

    Please check if your configuration process is correct: Deploy add-ins in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    If the steps are correct and the add-in is still unavailable to users, follow the steps in this article to check the settings: For Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019 and Outlook for Microsoft 365.
