Join the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program stuck in a loop when joining. Please, advise, if there are any specific steps or requirements for doing so.

Step 1: Clicked on -> "Become a Partner" button.

Step 2: I selected my choices for the question -> "How would you like to partner with Microsoft?" and clicked -> "Next".

Step 3: Message -> Welcome to Partner Center. Registration steps for Commercial Marketplace -> Clicked on the button -> "Login with Work Account".

Step 4: Message -> Welcome, xxx. You are currently signed in using the following information. Clicked -> "Next".

Step 5: Message -> "Join a program to unlock new opportunities".

Looking to partner on: Bethesda Partner Program or Windows and Xbox

I didn't choose any of the 2, as I wanted to choose "Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program".

I clicked on "Sign in". Then it asked for => "__Which account do you want to sign out of?".

I choose my account. Then it says -> Hmm... we're having trouble signing you out. You may still be signed in to some applications. Close your browser to finish signing out.

I tried different browsers, Incognito mode, other colleagues are also facing the same issue. I am stuck in the loop. Kindly suggest.
