Unable to install the latest update on Windows Server 2022

Question

Hi,

I have Windows Server 2022 Datacenter 21H2.
OS build: 20348.2762

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.20348.681
Image Version: 10.0.20348.2762

Latest successfully installed update is October 8, 2024—KB5044281 (OS Build 20348.2762)
When I try to install any of the following updates, I repeatedly get the error:
Failed to install on ‎1/‎28/‎2025 - 0x800703fa
Failed to install on ‎1/‎28/‎2025 - 0x80071a2d

I tried installing the updates via Windows Update and manually via the downloaded KB.
The following updates I tried to install:
November 12, 2024—KB5046616 (OS Build 20348.2849)
December 10, 2024—KB5048654 (OS Build 20348.2966)
January 14, 2025—KB5049983 (OS Build 20348.3091)

I tried several suggestions with the following commands:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:WIM:d:\sources\install.wim:2 /limitaccess
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
sfc /scannow

CBS.log file does not appear to contain any problems.
I'm still unable to install updates.
