Hello Chihab KALLALA
Good day!
- Please let me know which document you followed to set up this VPN, so I can assist you more effectively.
- Ensure that you are opening the VPN package directly rather than through a shortcut, as this can sometimes cause issues with executing scripts.
- Check VPN Compatibility: Ensure that the VPN software you are using is compatible with ARM-based Windows devices. Some VPNs, like Private Internet Access, have ARM-native versions
- Update VPN Software: Make sure you have the latest version of the VPN software installed. Sometimes, updates include support for newer architectures.
- Please try to verify whether your certificates are correctly Bundled in the appropriate certificate format.
Can't install the VPN client
An additional certificate is required to trust the VPN gateway for your virtual network. The certificate is included in the VPN client configuration package that is generated from the Azure portal.
Extract the VPN client configuration package and find the .cer file. To install the certificate, follow these steps:
- Open mmc.exe.
- Add the Certificates snap-in.
- Select the Computer account for the local computer.
- Right-click the Trusted Root Certification Authorities node. Click All-Task > Import and browse to the .cer file you extracted from the VPN client configuration package.
- Restart the computer.
- Try to install the VPN client.
- Delete the old VPN client configuration files from C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Network\Connections<VirtualNetworkId> and run the VPN client installer again.
In the meantime, please refer to this document and let me know if the issue still persists for further Investigation
