I had Deloitte Company Portal installed on my iPhone and even though I've removed Deloitte profile, and removed device from Company Portal, I'm still getting error "Misconfiguration alert : Your admin wants the apps to be managed with the account xxxxx@deloitte.com. The app account you are using xxxxx@dxc.com will be removed. To access your organization's data with the account xxxxx@dxc.com, you must un-enroll your device from the Company Portal".
Is there anything else I can do to avoid erasing iPhone ?

@Danijela (DXC), just to checking if the following suggestion resolve your issue. if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
You might still have App Protection policies enforced on your device. This is what I would do. Remove all office apps (including authenticator), restart the device, and then install them again. Not ideal, but sometimes this is the only way.
@Danijela (DXC), Agree with Rahul, it occurs when there's app protection policy applied to user. Please remove any profile and un login the user account xxxxx@deloitte.com from any application from this device. Reinstall app and restart can be the next suggestion.
