How to synch folders between two different SharePoint sites, when one sharepoint site is in another microsoft tenant?

Is there a way to sync files between 2 sharepoint sites on different microsoft tenants?

The exact folder structure and files should be copied.

I tried it in power automate, but for me it was locked in one tenant.
