SharePoint online image analysis feature

Hello team,

Could you please let us know how to activate the image analysis feature in sharepoint online tenant? We found that media service realeted columns are not getting created in sharepoint site. Let us know when these columns get created? We need to copy the content from one library to another library in other sharepoint site. But we are getting unknown error. We found that these media service realated columns are not present in destination site.Could you please assist.

Whether the resource site collection and the destination site collection in the same tenant?

The Image Analysis feature in the SharePoint online relies on the integration of Microsoft Syntex and Microsoft Media Services, which allows SharePoint to automatically analyze and tag images.

Please check below tips to troubleshoot the issue.

1.Go to the SharePoint admin center of the tenant to which the destination site collection belongs -> Content services -> Enable Microsoft Syntex.

2.In the SharePoint admin center -> Settings -> Site Collection Features -> Activate Media Services.

3.Go to the destination document library, ensure that it has an Image or a Media content type.

4.If necessary, manually add the relevant columns to the destination library. Go to Library Settings -> Columns -> Add the relevant columns for Media or Image Analysis, such as "Image Dimensions," "Image Tagging," etc.
