I did not receive my certification because my email in the registration had a typo

Hi,

(there was no matching tag so I chose a random one.)

unfortunately my email adress by which I registered for the exam at Pearson Vue has a typo (one letter missing). Pearson told me I should contact you by this forum.

Because of this, yesterday, I had problems accessing the exam as I had not received any access link to the exam but the lady from Pearson Vue was still able to forward a link to my correct email adress on time. So I could do the exam.

However, now that I passed the exam, I cannot access my certificate nor any results and the guy from pearson vue told me to ask here as he is can't send me the email with my certificate.

So here I am. What can I do?
