As lot of people found out - there is a bug in Windows Server 2025. Even if a VM is under full load - the Hyper-V does allways shos 0% CPU. Result (seems to be) that the CPU stay in slow GHz - witch ist not what one can expect from a Server.
I verified with HPE 2 XENON Gold 512GB RAM.

What a complete stupid waste of time Generic absolutely saying nothing comment of Ian Xue.

It's as dumb as someone asking: do you think it's going to rain in an hour?
And Ian Xue responds with: look back at the statistics 10 years ago, make sure your window is clean, and you have a spare raincoat.

and Microsoft is these days filled with these absolute STUPID dumb answers which are no answers... but look-alike answers, so the get commission, or a bonus or whatever benefit.

Because they don't even bother to dive into the question.

They just think, well.. my boss or whoever, have no idea anyway about the tech specs, so i just blur out some generic stuff.

    shamefull

The same with Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise 24H2 - all Hyper-V VMs running fine on a lot of hosts but all show 0 % CPU load in Hyper-V-Manager (for all guests, Windows, Ubuntu, Debian,...) even when I run a 7zip benchmark which shows 100 % CPU load in the task manager within the VM.
