Hello,

After my Employment verification has failed several times, I am now looking for advice here. I have already provided Microsoft with official incorporation documents several times. These are the incorporation documents from the notary, on which the founders are named, as well as the name of the company and its registered office. I also submitted documents for the domain registration. I received the following response from Microsoft:

Please provide additional original document(s) dated within the past 12 months to verify your association with the organization.

  1. Paid domain registration receipt from the registrar that includes the domain name, the owner of the domain, the date it was registered, duration of registration, and the name of the registrar.
  2. Official and original business registration documentation from an official government agency that lists company name, address and contact information.

Who must be the owner of the domain? Me as a private individual who is also registered with Microsoft? Or does my company have to be the owner of the domain?

Maybe you can help me?

Thank you very much

    Hello @Michael Ringtunatus ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

    According to the document

Employment verification confirms your primary contact is an employee of the enrolling company and that the company owns the domain of the email address provided.

Your company have to be the owner of the domain.

    Thank you
