an .xll file (excel addin) generated in C++, does not work with Windows 11 24H2.

An excel addin file (....xll) developed internally, does not work with Windows 11 24H2, but works perfect with Windows11 previous versions or perfectly works window10. We tried everything.

*remove unblock from file properties,

*define location as trusted

*etc.

It says "The file format and extension of "aaaa.xll" dont match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, dont open it. do you want to open it anyway? When click yes, there somes some unknow characters in excel, when click no, it does not work. a screen comes with end or debug. etc..

Can someone has similar problem? Can someone help with this problem? Can Microsoft helps urgently?
