Since I changed my phone, I can no longer access my authenticator app and therefore can’t log in to my account. I’m stuck in a loop where the system requires the authenticator app for login, but I don’t have access to it anymore. I’m the only administrator for my company’s account, so I urgently need a solution. I’ve tried contacting customer support by phone, email, and chat, but haven’t received any help. This is my last resort.
