I use Azure for a chatbot called ChatNCD, and because there were issues with the different languages, we had to pause its use until the issue was fixed. Now, we have paid the overdue bills, but the chatbot has not been reactivated, and it's more than 48 hours afterward. The message says that the site cannot be reached. Have troubleshoot but it only says wait for up to 24 hours but now its more than that time and still no reactivation of the chatbot. Anyone has experienced this before and how to resolve it
