"Manage you connection" page

Question

Hello,

I have a problem with the page "manage your connection" page (see below)

I need to connect to my second flow in order to run it, but when i click on "connect" and then on "submit", I stayed disconnect so I can't run the flow ...

It was the case for my first flow so i decided to make an other one ("v2"), at the beginning it worked then I was disconnected and it do not work ...

Note : in power automate the flow is well working

Note 2 : this connection issue is the case for everyone

Note 3 : for both flows I'm using a service account for connection reference

Has someone already have this case ? Can it be linked to some actions in power automate ? Thank you for your help !
