How to unlock my Azure Credits Sponsorship to the final level of $150000?

Hello there,

This is regarding Azure Credits Sponsorship. I am already at the level of $25000 out of which I have completed 50% of it and also I have completed all the 9 checklist items. I am seeing my expiry date as Feb 6th and is unable to unlock to the next level. Instead, my plan is going to be converted to "Pay as you go" after Feb 6th.

Kindly help me out with the process of extension to the level of $150000 as it is very much important for my product which I am going to launch in next 2 months.
