Launch Failed error after MFA authentication

For SSO, With this being our app is an OIDC app, Our customer is not able to enter a sign on URL for my apps to use, is there another way to go about this or will they not be able to use our company application in my apps? When they are try to use it from my apps they are getting the Launch Failed error after MFA authentication.

    I understand one of your customer is not able to launch the application from the myapps and getting error while launching : App launch failed App with ID 153a478e-a330-446d-b0d6-d03cadf6113c failed to launch.

    The solution is to add the application Home page URL on the App Registration --> Properties blade. This would be the URL on the third-party application side where the user would begin the authentication flow with Entra ID. App developer support would provide this to the customer if the customer does not know.
