Why do i struggle to import excel to outlook calendar

I’m struggling to import an Excel calendar into Outlook. Could you help me figure out what I’m doing wrong?

I’ve used the 'Define Name' feature in Excel and applied the 'Convert Text to Table' setting, but it’s still not working. I save it as a comma-separated values (CSV) format , nothing!

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
