    Hi @Heba Ismail
Greetings & Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum! Thank you for sharing your query.

The error message you're encountering, specifically the DataQualityInternalError with a status code of 400, indicates that there is an internal service error occurring when trying to create a connection for Purview Data Quality.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Retry the Operation - As the error message suggests, try creating the connection again. Internal service errors can be transient, and a retry might succeed.
    2. Double-check all the connection details you provided, including the account key, endpoint, and any other relevant settings. Ensure they are correct and up to date.
    3. Ensure that the managed identity or service principal you are using has the necessary permissions to access the data source. You may need to verify that the identity has been granted at least Reader role on the resource.
    4. Check the logs for any detailed error messages or more context on the failure. This can often help pinpoint the underlying issue.
