I have windows 7 on my PC unable to upgrade to windows 10. I keep getting this error. If someone can please help me. Thank you!

please refer this youtube video to upgrade, You can also think for fresh install if upgrade is still failing.

Make sure your hardware meets the minimum requirements for Windows 10 first.
Once the conditions are met, try to perform a fresh install of Win10 using the Installation Assistant.

Algunos servidores de Microsoft cuando se comunican con MediaCreationTool ya no detectan los antiguos protocolos de seguridad TLS 1.0. Aunque Windows 7 SP1 y Windows 8 todavía tiene los protocolos seguros TLS 1.1 y TLS 1.2, éstos permanecen deshabilitados de forma predeterminada, lo que motiva la aparición del error 0X80072F8F - 0X20000. Se trata pues de habilitarlos en el registro para que la herramienta pueda funcionar.
Descarga e instala primero la herramienta MSI "Easy fix 51044", que agregará y habilitará esos protocolos en Windows 7:
(no es necesario reiniciar)
Si continúa el mismo problema después de ejecutar correctamente este "Easy fix 51044", habrá que hacer alguna modificación más en el registro. Más información:
