SCSM DW: Management Packs in Datawarehouse have Deployment Status failed

Question

Hello,

in two customer environments with SCSM 2022 (Dev and Prod) we have the same situation: After registering Data Warehouse we have eight Management Packs with status failed in DataWarehouse\Management Packs:

• Problem Management Report Library
• Change Management Report Library
• Activity Management Report Library
• Configuration Management Report Library
• Configuration Manager Report Library
• Report Management Report Library
• Service Management Report Library
• Incident Management Report Library

Unregister Data Warehouse and register it again does not change the Deployment Status of the 8 MPs.

Does anybody know:

• how to solve this? or
• what happens at deployment or redeployment? or
• where to look in Events or log for an error message? or
• any other hints?

Hi,

• The best place to get information on why a job module has failed is the Operations Manager event log on the Data Warehouse server.
• Use PowerShell cmdlets like Get-SCDWMgmtGroup to see the sources registered with DW and Get-SCDWJob to get detailed information about the DW jobs status.
