unable to synchronize Outlook Contacts from Workspace (Intune) to Mercedes Car MBUX

Hello,

I can't synchronize my Outlook contacts from the workspace to my Mercedes car (with MBUX software). I have already disconnected and reconnected several times, but each time I was NOT asked whether the contacts can/should be synchronized. Only the contacts that are in my PRIVATE area in the Contacts app are displayed in the car.

I have also tried to export the contacts to add them to my personal area or my Gmail account. Unfortunately, the option is not displayed at all, only Phone (work profile). But that didn't help.

    @Esile-1448, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    For this issue, there isn't a way to have work contacts showing in the personal profile contacts. It means that Intune couldn't manage setting or data in Personal Profile and this is by design.

    However, you can refer the link below to export contacts in work profile and import them in personal profile.
