Azure Language Studio: Stuck Training Job in Cancelling State

I am experiencing an issue with a training job in Azure Language Studio that is stuck in the “cancelling” state and cannot be fully canceled or deleted.

Resource Information:

• Resource Name: juan-language-in

• Resource Region: eastus

• Project Name: NotarioProNERProduction

• Job ID: d03bebb9-f2c9-4633-b29f-5c94cf5173be_638720640000000000

Steps Taken:

I attempted to cancel the job using the API:

I understand that you are encountering an issue, if it has been executed using threads with the REST API or SDK v1, it can be cancelled. Else, it can be deleted using either the REST API or Python SDK v1. cancel-a-run

Well I created this job from the Azure portal itself.

But I'm unable to deleted from the portal, therefore I'm trying the REST API which are not working at all

I recommend reporting this issue to the Azure support team. They will be able to investigate the issue further and provide a more targeted solution. You can report the issue by following these steps:

Go to the Azure portal and navigate to your OpenAI Service resource.

Click on the "Support + troubleshooting" tab.

Fill out the required information, including a detailed description of the issue and any steps you have taken to troubleshoot it.

Submit the support request.

The Azure support team will review your request and provide assistance as soon as possible Azure support
