How guest users can access semantic model from their tenant and create reports in excel online

We have a user A who is part of Tenant X , Guest Account has been created for user in Tenant Y .

We have a semantic model in Tenant Y , to which user wants to connect from excel online using Tenant X Credentials from excel online .

Currently when we try to login it gives this error

    user wants to connect from excel online using Tenant X Credentials from excel online.

    I suggest this guest use the Guest email address instead of Tenant X Credentials to connect for a check, because the semantic model is in Tenant Y.

    If this user still wants to use Tenant X Credentials to connect, I suggest you post a new thread on the Power BI forum to see if it's possible.
