Hi,

I want to reach copilot dashboard via viva insight. i follow the steps as follows. But there is no Copilot Dashboard icon on the left navigation panel.

  1. Open the Teams app on desktop or the web. If you have the Viva Insights app pinned, select it from the left bar. If you don’t have the Viva Insights app pinned, select the ellipses on the left. Then in the search field, enter Microsoft Viva Insights, and select it.
  2. On the left navigation panel, select Copilot Dashboard.

If I need extra authorization, can you write where I can do it?

thanks,

tugba

    Hi Tugba,

It sounds like you might need additional authorization to access the Copilot Dashboard. Here are some steps you can follow to ensure you have the necessary permissions:

Check Your Licenses: Ensure that your organization has the required licenses. You need at least 10 assigned Viva Insights licenses or 50 assigned Copilot licenses for the dashboard to be available

    1

    .

Manage Access Settings: If you are an admin, you can manage access settings for the Copilot Dashboard. This includes adding or removing users and groups. Here’s how:

    • Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
      • Navigate to the Settings tab and select Setup.
        • Under Microsoft Copilot Dashboard, select Manage access settings for Microsoft Copilot Dashboard.
          • Add or remove users or groups as needed2.
Delegate Access: If you have access to the dashboard, you can delegate access to other people in your organization. This can be done through the Viva Insights settings 3 . Check for Regional Restrictions: Note that the Copilot Dashboard might not be available for certain regional cloud deployments, such as Microsoft’s U.S. Government clouds 1 .

If you follow these steps and still don't see the Copilot Dashboard icon, it might be helpful to contact your IT administrator for further assistance.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks, Jonathan Harrison ISV Partner

    Hi @Tuğba Eryılmaz

As an admin, you can configure several features of the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard.

You can turn access to the dashboard on or off for individual users or groups using Microsoft Entra ID.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center:

Go to the Settings tab and select Setup. You need to enter your credentials if you're not already signed in.

At the top, select Set up and manage settings.

Under Microsoft Copilot Dashboard, select Manage access settings for Microsoft Copilot Dashboard.

Screenshot that shows where to access the Copilot Dashboard settings.

To enable access for new individual users:

    1. At the top, select Users. Search for the people you'd like to add, and select them from the list.
    2. At the bottom, select Add. Screenshot that shows how to add new users. If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and kindly upvote it.
