Subrows in SharePoint Lists

Hello, is it possible to have SharePoint Lists with subrows similar to below?

SharePoint does not natively support subrows in list like Excel does.

However, we can use Power Apps to create custom SharePoint lists that can divide or merge cells.

Since our team is more committed to SharePoint, we are not very familiar with Power Apps, here I provide some connections for your reference:

• Customize a Microsoft Lists or SharePoint form by using Power Apps
• SharePoint Sub Items / Collection Column

Alternatively, it would be more advisable to post your question in this Power Apps Community if you are having trouble with Power Apps. There will be more specialized engineers there to help you out.
