Dear Community

I believe you can help us.

Our company using hybrid mode.

We are using Exchange 2019 mail server inside our organisation.

And we have Office 365 plan2 for using teams and other cloud features.
We don't have Exchange online.

My boss shared his calendar with my email.

I can to see it in the desktop application.

But it is not possible on my iPhone outlook application.

I have the latest version of ios and outlook application.

How can I fix it. Give me some instructions if it is possible to fix on exchange server side.
As i see old answers from 2020 This feature is not available for on-premises Exchange mailboxes.
Do you have some update in 2025 ?
Which solution could you provide us ?

    Hi Shahriyar,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you can access the shared calendar on your desktop but are unable to view it on your phone.

To access the shared calendar on the Outlook application for iPhone, you will need to manually add your shared mailbox or calendar. Here are the steps to add a shared calendar:

    1. Open the Outlook app and go to the Calendar section.
    2. Tap the calendar icon in the top left corner of the screen.
    3. Expand the calendar section to check if the shared calendar is listed.
      • If it is, simply tick it to make it visible.
      • If it is not listed, tap the plus (+) icon and select "Add Shared Calendars".

    4. Type the email address of the person whose calendar you want to add, then tap the plus (+) button. The shared calendar should now be added to your Outlook app.
    5. Once added, you can toggle the calendar visibility by ticking or unticking it as needed.

I hope this resolves the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Hi, @Shahriyar Atayev

Looks like the issue is more related to Outlook for mobile. Please kindly understand that the Microsoft Exchange Hybrid Management tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Exchange. In order to better solve your problem, it's suggested to post your issue on this dedicated forum for Outlook for Mobile for more professional help.

I'm in line with Ramesh Subedi's thoughts, here's the documentation I found.
