We’re unable to validate your phone number

Hello,

I am trying to sign up to Azure but when I input my phone for phone validation is says "we're unable to validate your phone number" no matter what number I use. The phone number is valid and can access sms and phone calls but is unable to be validated for some reason.

Can someone please advise how to resolve this?

    Based on previous similar issues, the recommendation is to contact Global support.

    Use one of the contact numbers from here - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 and create a support ticket. This needs to be routed to the subscription team who can assist.
