NPU unit is not working

My computer's NPU unit is not working. When I check it via the task manager, it remains at 0%. I have a computer with an Ultra 7 155h processor. First, I upgraded it to the 24H2 version. Then, I upgraded it to the 27768.1000 version from the prerelease section. However, the NPU unit continued to not work both before and after the upgrade. What can I do about this?
